WHERE ARE YOUR CARDS MANUFACTURED?

All of our cards are printed and made in California.

WHAT IS YOUR CARD MAKING PROCESS?  

Each card is crafted with love and care, first printed on a premium, heavyweight cardstock and then embellished by hand with glitter and gems.

DO YOU OFFER WHOLESALE?

WHAT'S YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

CAN I MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO MY ORDER?

Once you have placed an order we cannot add or subtract items. If you would like to order additional items, please place a new order. 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of ordering.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS?

We do not offer exchanges unless an item is damaged, but we take returns for up to 30 days after receiving an item.

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please take photos of the damaged product received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in.

Contact us at hello@lavendervines.com, attach the photos, and include your order number. We will then either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them, depending on your preference.
