HOW DO I ORDER?

We pride ourselves in taking care of our stockists, so we’ve made ordering fast and easy. Please contact us at hello@lavendervines.com and we will be happy to help you place an order.

WHAT IS YOUR ORDER MINIMUM?

For new accounts, the minimum opening order requirement is $200 wholesale. 

The minimum reorder requirement is $100 wholesale.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

All order payments are required prior to delivery via check, debit, or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING?

Shipping costs will be 5% of the total cost of the order and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

We strive to get orders out as fast as possible! Your product will be shipped promptly from San Diego, CA, and most orders are received within one week. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii may take longer. 

WHAT ABOUT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

It’s very important to us that our customers are completely satisfied with their order, and that our cards sell well for our wonderful retail clients. Although all sales are considered final with no returns accepted, sometimes errors do occur, and we will do our best to make it right. In the rare event your cards arrive damaged or short, please contact us at hello@lavendervines.com within 5 days of receipt of goods for advanced return and prompt shipment of a replacement order.
