Return & Refund Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
It’s very important to us that our customers are completely satisfied with their order, however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and return the products within 30 days of placing your order for a full refund.  
  • All items must be in their original condition.
  • All items should be returned with proper packing materials to ensure that they are not creased or damaged in the return shipment.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of return shipping.
  • Lavender Vines is not responsible for lost returns.
  • Our goal is to process all returns within 5 business days of receiving them back.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To authorize a return please contact us with your order number and we will assist you as soon as possible with your return.
DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
We do not offer exchanges unless an item is damaged, but we take returns for up to 30 days after receiving an item. 

MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED - WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please take photos of the damaged product received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in.

Contact us at hello@lavendervines.com, attach the photos, and include your order number. We will then either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them, depending on your preference.
